With the Coronavirus situation continuing to deteriorate, we wanted to update you on the steps we are taking around risk mitigation and maintaining business as usual to support our customers.

Our top priority is the health of our people, our customers and their families. In line with advice from the Federal Health Department, we are taking from Health system and as a workforce, throughout the day, we are practising good hygiene to protect against infection and prevent the virus spreading.
As a workforce, we are throughout the day, practising social distancing and limiting access to the workplace by others, unless absolutely necessary.
Our service and delivery departments have a clear COVID-19 policy with updated health and safety procedures that embed recommended protocols.
Anyone who has symptoms of the virus- Including fever, coughing, sore throat, fatigue, and shortness of breath – must not come to the office, and must seek the advice of a GP immediately.
As a workforce we have adopted the practice of working in separated, individual spaces including from home, as much as is practical.
